Gig - Humberfest
For the bank holiday weekend I was working on a local festival called Humberfest.
For this event I was heading up monitors as well as sorting a large protortion of the technical setup in pre-production.
The FOH system in use was DV-Dosc, a system which the compny I work for a seriously considering buying for next year. Result.
Pordution consited of a Heritage 1000 and M7CL out front and a Siena and M7CL on stage.
The whole weekend was great fun and from a technical point of view ran perfect.
This is a lowdown of the acts that played:
Friday:
Beautiful Couch

Monitor World

Journey South

The Commitments

Blury Deacon Blue

Saturday:
UK Beack Boys

Born In Chicago (Blues Brothers)

Jane McDonald - > Described my works as the best on stage sound she has ever had. Result!

Sunday - Community Day:

Monday:
Badness

Pete Cox

Very Blurry Martin Fry

Tony Hadley

And that was Humberfest. Mint weekend!
